I’m William Klein.
My family, friends, and dedicated team inspire me to push myself each day to be better and make a difference.
For the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in the Early Years Sector, and I can truly say that, after 23 years in the Community Sector managing Employment and Disability Services, I’ve found my true passion—children’s education.
This is an area I deeply care about, and I’m excited to bring that enthusiasm to my role.
I am committed to creating a positive, safe, and enriching environment where every child can thrive, grow, and be challenged through play-based learning.
I firmly believe in open communication and collaboration, and I’m always here to listen and answer any questions you may have.
I look forward to welcoming all families to our centres, where we are a home away from home for children.

I am very happy with the care and support provided at this childcare centre. The educators are warm, friendly, and genuinely care about each child’s wellbeing and development. We are extremely happy with this childcare. The team is amazing—genuine, passionate, and truly dedicated to what they do. From day one, we felt like they are one big family, always caring, attentive, and focused on the well-being of the children.
Since the new management took over, everything has improved significantly. The facilities have been renovated, making the environment more modern, safe, and welcoming. They’ve also added new equipment and educational resources that really enhance the children’s learning experience.

This is the most beautiful and asthetic childcare centre I have ever visited. The staff were all so lovely and helpful and answered all our questions. I am super excited for my niece to go here in the near future! Would definitely recommend Froliq to everyone!
I recently visited Froliq Early Learning Centre in Werribee and was genuinely impressed. The space is calm, clean and thoughtfully set up to support both play and learning. Educators were friendly, attentive and clearly passionate about what they do. The children looked happy, settled and engaged. Froliq feels like a place where kids are truly known and cared for. Definitely one of our top choices!!

Cannot fault this centre! My little one may not be old enough to quite understand where he's going for the day but he definitely enjoys being here and he's always to see his froliq family! I'm so glad I made the choice with this centre.
Froliq Early Learning has been an amazing place for my daughter! She absolutely loves going to childcare every day, and the staff genuinely care about her. Frequently Asked Questions
What does child care cover?
All guardians listed in our system is allowed to pick up your child from our centre.
If for some reason you or any other guardian aren’t able to pick your child up on a certain day, just give the centre a call and let us know who will be picking them up.
What time can I pick up and drop off my child?
Our operating hours are between 7am – 6pm from Monday to Friday, so anytime between is fine.
Can my child bring their own toys to childcare?
We have a treasure trove of toys here at the Centre! It’s like a wonderland for your little ones.
We kindly request that children leave their toys at home. This helps us avoid any lost or broken toys, and keeps
everything fair for all our friends, and allows our Educators to keep their focus where it matters most – on our wonderful children!
How will I know about my child's activities for the day?
We will keep you updated throughout the day via the OWNA app with details on your child’s activities such as:
– What they ate and how much;
– When they used the bathroom or had a nappy change;
– When/if they had a nap and what time they woke up;
– Activity highlights of the day.
Oh! and we’ll post lots of photos of them for you to see.
What if my child is on medication?
Educators can only administer medication prescribed by a doctor. They cannot administer non-prescription drugs or dietary supplements unless the service is provided with written authorisation by a doctor.
Medication can only be administered to a child by Educators from its original packaging with pharmacy instruction sticker.
On arrival at the Centre, families must give medication to Educators for safe storage and complete a medication authorisation form. Under no circumstances should medication be left in children’s bags.
What if my child has asthma or an allergy?
It is vital that we are aware of any allergies or asthma. Families are required to explain any allergy or asthma on the enrolment form as well as provide us with the diagnosis from the doctor. The Centre has a procedure for the staff follow to mitigate exposure to allergies.
The Centre requires an Action Plan filled in by your Doctor to assist in managing your child’s needs. The Action Plan is to be updated every 6 months.
Can I pack food for my child to bring to childcare?
For the health and safety of all the children at our Centre, outside food is not permitted to be brought in.
But don’t worry we provide nutritional food your child will love. Our menus consist of healthy and balanced meals that use fresh, seasonal produce. This encourages children to develop a positive attitude towards trying new foods. Your child can get involved in special cooking experiences too.
What do I need to pack for my child?
We’ll provide some of the essentials, so you don’t have to, such as:
Bed sheets; Formula; Nappies; Wipes; Food and drinks
What we do ask you to bring is the following: For under 2 years
Nappy rash cream; Dummies; Bottles & Teats; Comfort Toy / Blanket; Sun hat (we’ll gift you one when you enrol); 2x Spare outfits (including socks and jumper); Wet/dirty clothes bag (another gift from us)
For above 2 years
Water bottle or sippy cup; Sun hat; Closed-toe shoes; 2x Spare outfits (including socks, underwear and jumper); Wet/dirty clothes bag (another gift from us); Blanket
Am I allowed to provide expressed milk?
Yes, the nursery room educator will be able to assist you with this during your orientation.
