How Does It Work?

This promotion applies to the below participating centre and is available to our first 20 applicants. Please refer to the full terms and conditions below and book a tour today!

The promotion period starts at 12.01am (AEST) on Monday, 10^th February 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Monday, 31 March 2025. Offer may be extended at Froliq’s discretion.

To be eligible:

1. you must be a new family at the participating centres and enrol your child/children within the promotion period;
2. your enrolment must be on a permanent basis for at least 2 days per week (which must include either a Monday or Friday); and
3. your child/children must commence care no later than the 30^th April 2025.
4. have CCS funding approved for your child prior to commencement. The first six weeks will be free and will not cover any full fee-paying days.

Participating Centres: Froliq Early Learning Centre Werribee, 33 Shaws Road, Werribee, VIC 3030

Promotion Period: This promotion starts at 12.01am (AEST) on Monday, 10 February 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Monday, 31 March 2025.  Offer may be extended at Froliq’s discretion.

New Family: In this promotion, ‘New Family’ means a parent or guardian that does not currently have (or had at any time between 1st November 2024 and 10th February 2025) a child/children enrolled and attending any of our Centres.

Eligible Enrolment: To be eligible to receive free childcare for the first six week, a family is deemed eligible when they satisfy each of the following eligibility conditions during the Promotion Period:

1. Be a New Family at a Participating Centre;
2. Enrol their child at the Participating Centre on a permanent basis for a minimum of 2 days per week which must include either a Monday or Friday; and
3. Commence their child’s care at the Participating Centre no later than 28 March 2025.
4. To be eligible to receive the first 6 (six) weeks of childcare for free, a family is deemed eligible when they satisfy each of the following eligibility conditions during the Promotion Period.

Application of Free Care Discount:

For each Eligible Enrolment, the free care discount:

1. will cover the full cost of care for the first six weeks, based on CCS-approved hours, and will automatically be applied to the family’s fee account; and
2. is applied for a maximum period of 6 (six) consecutive weeks from the date of commencement of care. 

Employees of Froliq: Employees of Froliq, and their spouse or partner, are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

Supplementary to enrolment terms The terms and conditions of this promotion are supplementary to Froliq’s enrolment terms and conditions which apply in full at all times.

All bond and fee payments must be paid up to date to participate in this promotion.

Other matters:

1. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. This offer under this promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
3. The discount is applied on a per child basis for each Eligible Enrolment.
4. The discount is to be applied directly to a family’s fee account and is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. This offer is subject to enrolment availability and valid for the first 20 applicants
6. This promotion may be extended by Froliq in its absolute discretion.
7. Froliq reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time in its absolute discretion without notice but will honour any discount to those parents or guardians that are eligible at the time the promotion is amended or withdrawn.
8. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and also abides by Family Assistance Laws.

Privacy: Froliq may collect personal information to conduct the promotion. All entrants consent to their personal information being collected, stored and used for this purpose in accordance with Froliq’s privacy policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
