Navigating childcare options can be a head-scratcher!
But don’t worry, we’ve got some handy answers to your burning questions. We’re here with you, every step of the way.

All guardians listed in our system is allowed to pick up your child from our centre.
If for some reason you or any other guardian aren’t able to pick your child up on a certain day, just give the centre a call and let us know who will be picking them up.
We have a treasure trove of toys here at the Centre! It’s like a wonderland for your little ones.
We kindly request that children leave their toys at home. This helps us avoid any lost or broken toys, and keeps
everything fair for all our friends, and allows our Educators to keep their focus where it matters most – on our wonderful children!
- What they ate and how much;
- When they used the bathroom or had a nappy change;
- When/if they had a nap and what time they woke up;
- Activity highlights of the day.
Educators can only administer medication prescribed by a doctor. They cannot administer non-prescription drugs or dietary supplements unless the service is provided with written authorisation by a doctor.
Medication can only be administered to a child by Educators from its original packaging with pharmacy instruction sticker.
On arrival at the Centre, families must give medication to Educators for safe storage and complete a medication authorisation form. Under no circumstances should medication be left in children’s bags.
It is vital that we are aware of any allergies or asthma. Families are required to explain any allergy or asthma on the enrolment form as well as provide us with the diagnosis from the doctor. The Centre has a procedure for the staff follow to mitigate exposure to allergies.
The Centre requires an Action Plan filled in by your Doctor to assist in managing your child’s needs. The Action Plan is to be updated every 6 months.
For the health and safety of all the children at our Centre, outside food is not permitted to be brought in.
But don’t worry we provide nutritional food your child will love. Our menus consist of healthy and balanced meals that use fresh, seasonal produce. This encourages children to develop a positive attitude towards trying new foods. Your child can get involved in special cooking experiences too.
